Throughout my life, I've encountered significant challenges. In my younger years, compassionate therapists guided me through my darkest moments as I worked to become the woman I aspired to be. Facing my fears and releasing negative beliefs was challenging, exhausting, and sometimes painful. Yet, their support sparked a deep desire in me to offer the same care to others. Driven by that passion, I later enrolled in graduate school to begin a second career and pursue my dream.

Being a therapist is not just a career. It’s my calling and purpose that energizes my spirit. My mission is to uplift and empower women, helping them overcome their traumatic experiences and step boldly into their future. I believe in the profound transformation that therapy can achieve with your dedication. I’m devoted to creating a safe, supportive space where women can explore their emotions, share their stories, and feel genuinely seen without judgment.

MY APPROACH


To facilitate your healing process, I utilize a range of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and principles from attachment theory. CBT will help you identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors, enabling you to develop healthier ways of thinking and acting. DBT will provide practical skills for managing emotions and improving interpersonal relationships, emphasizing mindfulness, distress tolerance, and emotional regulation. Through attachment theory, we will explore how early relationships have influenced your current interactions and work towards developing more secure and fulfilling connections.
